Immediately she stepped into a CEO role and launched a Market Center that won the national production award with Keller Williams Realty in 2014. Tara has been a licensed agent in Kentucky for 17 years, and a Broker in Kentucky since 2010. In 2023 she became the Principal Broker of one of Cincinnati's largest and most diverse real estate offices. Her personal sales evolved from selling 3 homes (her first year) to over 78 her last year in full times sales. She has personal experience working as a solo agent, a small team, and with one of the largest teams in the United States. Her focus in sales was national referrals and effective listing lead generation using For Sale By Owner and Expired Listing Leads.
