In the summer of 2020, Soomin Kim decided to uproot his family from their home state, leaving behind familiarity, family, and friends to move to a new city of Austin, Texas. Without knowing a single person or any professional opportunity, he settled and shortly after decided to pursue a profession in real estate, having no prior experience. He went on a historical run for a brand-new agent, selling $200M in real estate in his first three-and-a-half years. More impressively he achieved this without paying for a single lead or advertising, not making a cold call, without ever knocking on a stranger's door, all in a new city. This husband and father of three continues to serve his clients in greater Austin area and focuses on pouring into those that trust to partner with him globally!
