Richard Spears is the Founder and owner of Prime Properties Group, a real estate firm dedicated to building long lasting relationships in the community and transforming lives through real estate. Richard has built a career on Honesty, Integrity, and serves as a community advocate in the Greater Baton Rouge area. Richard is also a Real Estate investor and member of the 100 Black Men of Metro BR where he serves as a mentor and facilitator of the Dollars and Sense program that teaches Financial literacy to young adults. Richard is a 2021 BRRP 40 under 40 recipient, 2022 Baton Rouge Business Report 40 under Forty recipient, 2023 BRRP Male Producer of the year, and is currently ranked among the Top 1% of realtors in the GBRAR.
