But it wasn’t always this way.
Nick’s journey began with relentless work ethic—spending up to 15 hours a day setting listing appointments as an Inside Sales manager. Fueled by an unshakable vision, he and his brother, Michael Krem, launched their business in 2018, starting from their childhood home in Cleveland, Ohio. From there, they traveled across North America, learning from the top minds in real estate and immersing themselves in the strategies of the biggest brands and business leaders.
Today, as the driving force behind the AI-Certified Team movement, Nick is empowering real estate agents to not just compete, but to take over in the greatest technological advancement in human history.
