When she’s not busy leading her team, Michelle is regularly invited to speak in national events and coach other real estate teams. She recently launched Michelle Fermin Inc., a global coaching platform. She also owns Premier VA Group, a virtual assistance agency.
She has enjoyed a decorated career in real estate, bagging awards such as 1998 Rookie of the Year, 30 Under 30 & 40 Under 40 Most Influential Business Owners in Merrimack Valley, and named One of the Four Most Influential Latina Real Leaders by RIS Media.
Michelle lived between Lawrence, MA and Dominican Republic as a child, so her connection to the hispanic community in the area is strong. She has 3 children and 2 dogs, and currently resides in the Merrimack Valley. A world traveler, she has visited 60 countries to date.
