Levi Lascsak released his first YouTube video on December 5, 2020 as a brand new real estate agent. He hadn't sold a home in 2020 or the first quarter of 2021. Levi partnered with Travis Plumb and they closed their first two transactions from the channel in April 2021. In the last three-and-a-half they've closed over 460 real estate transactions for $250M in sales all organic with zero ad spend. They now own the fastest growing and most viewed real estate YouTube channel in Dallas Texas and generate three to five inbound leads per day. Levi wrote the #1 best-selling Youtube for real estate book, "Passive Prospecting," and is an international speaker.
Levi also started investing in multi-family apartments two years ago and now, is a GP and/or LP in eight complexes, totaling $134+M AUM and 1,252 doors. He also owns short-term rentals, 200 acres in Belize, which will be a future resort, and a seven-and-a-half acre bee farm on the lake.
